UltraLiquid is a hybrid system: a high-frequency in-memory matching engine (Rust) executes orders; Utexo manages custody, transfers, and Bitcoin anchoring; an oracle service feeds mark prices to the risk engine; a relayer translates trade outcomes into state-channel updates.
